The: Community Health Coordinator, Temp role supports rural and small‑market health initiatives by conducting targeted needs assessments, analyzing and synthesizing data, and assisting with low‑lift policy, systems, and environmental (PSE) improvements. The position also provides data cleanup, partner re‑engagement, and general project support to advance regional community impact strategies. It is a full-time remote position expected to work 37.5 hours per week.
