Come join our Flock!: Job Description: Reports To: Bartender, Beverage Manager, Food & Beverage Director General Purpose: The Bar Back supports the bartender with a primary responsibility of restocking glasses, beverages, ice, etc. The Bar Back must always be one step ahead of bartender's needs by keeping bar area clean, well-stocked, and organized and constantly looks for opportunities to learn more about beverages and to help other staff. Specific Responsibilities: - Familiar with and knows the location of every item in inventory. - Assists/executes any and all tasks as assigned by bartender. - Stocks bar to par level before and after each shift. - Stocks bar service area. - Communicates with bartenders throughout shift. - Reports to work on time and ready to work scheduled shift. - Maintains a positive, friendly attitude with co-workers & guest...
