Job Description Summary The GM for Avionics Services will lead a global business (civil and military) end-to-end, with full P&L ownership and accountability for profitably growing our aftermarket portfolio. This leader will deliver on Orders, Revenue, Operating Margin, and Cash commitments while building a clear strategy, with a customer-driven mindset to deliver on high expectations. Staying aligned and partnering with our operations and supply chain to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes that build deeper customer relationships across airlines, MROs, airframers, militaries, and depots, and building a high-performing, lean, globally engaged organization is critical to success.
