Wages are based on education; a minimum of a CDA is required. Minimum starting wage with an Associate’s in ECE or related field and no experience is $21.84. Description: Partner with Head Start families in their home to promote positive parent-child interactions, development-centered parenting, and family-well-being to ensure a thriving child. Collaborate with families to assess their strengths, define goals, and identify the resources needed to meet them. Assist children and families with strengthening the skills needed for school and life. Use the many tools offered through the comprehensive programs of Head Start and Early Head Start to identify obstacles and resources to surmount them!
