Full-Time Inpatient Occupational Therapist (32-40 hours/week)

Essential Job Duties: - Performs all essential job duties of staff Occupational Therapist (see below). - Evaluates or reassesses patient progress towards established goals. Performs patient evaluations with utilization of standardized assessments and clinical judgement to determine patient problems to address - Implements or supervises (per state practice act) patient treatments within the established plan of care - Communicates and reports current patient progress and discharge planning as appropriate with referring provider - Documents within state practice act guidelines and ensures that documentation meets requirements of organization and payor sources - Performs patient evaluations to determine patient deficits, need for therapy, and established client-centered goals based upon identified problems to address.
