We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Title Abstractor to join our team. In this role, you will research public records and compile comprehensive property reports that support title insurance and real estate transactions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys investigative work, has strong analytical skills, and thrives in an independent work environment. Summary/Objective: The abstractor’s primary function is to perform title searches, which involve the return of a set of documents reflecting the history of a property. The abstractor is responsible for determining what does and does not affect the title to a property.
