Key accountabilities: - To perform a friendly yet discreet and unobtrusive service in greeting and waiting on all guests. - To perform pre-service and after-service procedures as per standard. - To make sure all the service items including chinaware, glassware, silverware and others are clean, polished, damage-free and ready to use before and during service. - Make sure hot beverage stations are ready with freshly brewed tea, coffee, fresh juices, ice sink is filled, and all areas are clean before and during the service period.
