Job Summary: The Customer Master Data Governance & Quality Senior Analyst manages the processes for maintaining customer master data objects. Applying data governance principles, the role ensures this key master data is appropriately governed, relevant, accurate, and fit for purpose. Acting as primary data steward, the role ensures all Customer master data changes are managed through the correct governance process, to the agreed quality and SLA’s.
