Director of Behavioral Health Clinical Services - DMH Cape Cod & Islands - ( 2600031H ) Description The Massachusetts Department of Mental Health (DMH) is seeking a skilled, dynamic, recovery-oriented administrator to serve as the Director of Behavioral Health Clinical Services for the Cape Cod and Islands Community Mental Health Center (Pocasset, MA) and Cape Cod Site Office (Hyannis, MA). This experienced clinical leader will be responsible for overseeing our vibrant community mental health center's continuum of clinical services. As a member of Cape Cod and Islands (CC&I) Community Mental Health Center (CMHC) senior leadership team, the Director of Behavioral Health Clinical Services will work to further the CC&I transdisciplinary vision that promotes and maintains the delivery of high-quality integrated services. The incumbent will carry out duties and fully supporting the mission, vision, and values of the DMH and the population we serve. The successful candidate must be a strong communicator as well as a visionary leader with the ability to plan strategically and have clinical knowledge, staff management and data analysis skills.
