Description Area Manager Sacramento Region | Multi-Unit Retail Operations (4 Locations) We are seeking a highly capable District Manager to oversee 4 retail service centers in the Sacramento area. This role is ideal for a hands-on, people-first leader who excels at developing strong teams, driving revenue performance, and maintaining operational excellence. Because this search is confidential, the company name is intentionally not included. Position Structure: - 4 days per week in-center supporting teams, coaching leaders, and ensuring operational standards - 1 work-from-home day (Mondays) dedicated to administrative work, reporting, planning, and strategic follow-through Compensation: - Base salary: $75,000 annually - Bonus: Performance-based bonus opportunity of approximately $16,000 per year, tied to revenue and P&L achievement Requirements: Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Performance Development: - Build, coach, and mentor high-performing Center Managers and teams to consistently achieve revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) - Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and exceptional guest service - Conduct regular center visits to observe performa...
