In this role, you will be the primary architect of stability for children and youth entering our care, ensuring that every referral is met with a safe, certified, and nurturing home environment. As the central point of contact for county agencies, you will manage the intake and placement process with precision, empathy, and urgency. You will ensure that every placement decision not only meets rigorous state and county regulatory standards but also prioritizes the unique emotional and developmental needs of the youth we serve.
