This role keeps our kitchen running smoothly — from maintaining clean equipment to assisting with freight and stocking on delivery days. Breaking down boxes, make sure stocking follows all regulations and procedures (keep food items off the floors in all walk-ins & dry storage, label items with dates and rotate products using the FIFO method). *Native American hiring preference for qualified candidates. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Separate dirty dishes, glass, and flatware delivered on bus trays and/or bus tubs. Operate dishwashing equipment, proper use of chemicals and safety procedures. Use proper measurements of detergent and sanitizer in the dish machine. Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas. Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas. Clean garbage cans with water or steam. Clean and organize workstation to ensure that proper sanitation standards are maintained.
