Description HVAC General Superintendent The General Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all field operations for HVAC and mechanical construction projects. This role ensures projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company quality standards. The General Superintendent provides leadership to field teams, coordinates with project management, and drives productivity across multiple job sites. Key Responsibilities: 1. Field Operations & Project Execution · Oversee daily field operations across multiple HVAC/mechanical construction projects · Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and per contract specifications · Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials across job sites · Monitor project schedules and proactively address delays or risks 2. Leadership & Team Management · Lead, mentor, and develop Superintendents, Foremen, and field personnel · Support workforce planning, staffing, and labor productivity · Promote accountability and high-performance standards across field teams 3.
