As a Trainee in Client Transaction , you will assist with various administrative and operational tasks using fundcraft’s proprietary platform, gaining hands-on experience and practical knowledge in investments processes and the fund industry. Under the guidance of experienced associates and managers, you will develop your skills while contributing to the team's dedication to delivering high-quality and efficient solutions to our clients. This position is based in Girona, Spain, and reports to the Client Transaction Unit Manager. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with the accurate recording of portfolio events and documentation in accordance with internal guidelines and fundcraft’s standards. - Ensure data quality by reviewing and validating information within the fundcraft platform. - Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth committee operations. - Learn to upload and validate data points in the platform and collaborate with the Client Success Management (CSM) team to ensure timely processing of payments. - Support the collection and processing of Capital Call notices, Distribution notices, and financial reports. - Assist in managing access credentials for target fund web po...
