Job Description: Purpose: The Finance Lead reports to the Associate Director, Immunology Finance and provides financial leadership and business support for the financial planning and analysis processes and requirements of the Rheumatology business. This role ensures compliance with financial policies and oversees FP&A activities related to Actuals, Plan, Latest Best Estimates (LBEs), Long Range Plans (LRP), and ad hoc analysis as needed to support day-to-day operations and the strategic plan for the Rheumatology and Immunology therapeutic area.
