The Role: We're looking for a Supply Chain Operations Specialist to lead the operational integration and ongoing management of our 3PL partnership, domestic and international freight operations, and inventory planning across multiple ERP platforms (SAP & Business Central). This is a newly created position reporting to the Supply Chain Manager. You will Lead UAT and transition phases for the 3PL warehouse project, own day-to-day 3PL performance management, manage domestic freight operations across AU & NZ, lead international freight optimisation, booking, and reporting for AU, and execute inventory planning in SAP (Amuse & Eye Love concepts) and Business Central (Stationery division).
