The Role: Based at our Jandakot Monitoring Centre, you’ll be part of a 24/7 operation that manages alarm events and coordinates timely responses for customers across multiple states. What You’ll Do: - Monitor and respond to fire alarm events and inbound/outbound calls. - Liaise with customers, emergency services, technicians, security guards and facility managers. - Complete accurate administrative tasks covering all facets of alarm monitoring. - Log after‑hours job requests and schedule/dispatch technician jobs.
