Company Description The Distributor Partner Manager (DPM) is a crucial, value-adding partner who ensures alignment and focus to drive execution across Red Bull North America’s (RBNA) distribution network. The DPM contributes by leading year-round business planning, driving in-market execution, and ensuring the rollout of regional and national key account programs, while bringing RBNA’s marketing strategy to life within the distributor network. This is a field-based role, working directly within the distributor community to support RBNA’s mission of operating the best distribution network in North America. Job Description: YEAR ROUND BUSINESS Planning: Lead the annual Business Planning (BP) process with Distributor Partners (DPs) to ensure alignment with RBNA business planning priorities. Manage the annual volume plan and allocate independent trade funds and Point of Sale (POS) resources. Conduct 30/60/90-day monthly and quarterly planning reviews to achieve quantitative targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
