Senior Consultant - Employee Benefits M/F

Company: Marsh Description: We are looking for a talented individual with a background in the Employee Benefits industry (healthcare and / or Risk), to join a high-performing team as an Experienced Consultant. What you can expect: As an Employee Benefits Consultant you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Healthcare and / or Group Risk clients. You will be focused on ensuring the client feels supported at all times, providing advice and recommendations about renewals of local policies; remarketing and harmonization projects; benchmark studies; negotiate in the name of the client with local insurers about the conditions and level of coverage of the employee benefits package; and this all in line with the client’s requirements. You will have contact with local stakeholders, such as local insurers, MMB local consultants, local clients and their HQ. You will be expected to build a good relationship with your clients and to identify new business opportunities and promote the wider MMB proposition to maximise opportunities and achieve growth targets.
