As a Client Success Manager, you'll be instrumental in managing a portfolio of 25-30 commercial clients, overseeing their journey post-onboarding. Your focus will be on ensuring client retention, driving platform adoption, and identifying opportunities for growth. If you're adept at building strategic relationships, leveraging data to inform client strategies, and proactively addressing challenges in a fast-paced SaaS environment, we encourage you to apply.
