Visitor Operations Manager (Fixed Term Cover) Application Deadline: 25 May 2026: Department: Building Operations: Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract: Location: London: Compensation: from £35,000 per annum: Description: About the role: As Visitor Operations Manager (Fixed Term Cover) you will be responsible for ensuring that the building is fully operational during scheduled opening hours. You will manage the smooth-running of the day-to-day operations and Front of House services and will work alongside the Building Operations team to delivery the required services for Events, Hires and Artistic Programme activities. You will be responsible for overseeing the Front of House administration, supervising extra staff on event days, and manage the ‘soft facilities’ contracts. This post is required for a fixed term, covering a Maternity cover post, and the duration of the role will be for 15 months, in line with that maternity cover.
