Enterprise Architect We are looking for an Enterprise Architect to drive the transformation of enterprise telephony and contact centre platforms, transitioning from Amazon-based solutions (such as Amazon Connect) to Genesys. This position operates within a Telecom and Digital Front Office ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on customer engagement platforms, telephony systems, OSS/BSS integrations, and digital channels. The Enterprise Architect will define the target architecture, guide the migration strategy, and establish governance frameworks to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption to business operations.
