Requisition No: 863412 Agency: Commerce: Working Title: GOVERNMENT OPERATIONS CONSULTANT II - 40000661 Pay Plan: Career Service: Position Number: 40000661: Salary: $45,060.11 - $52,000: Posting Closing Date: 04/17/2026: Total Compensation Estimator Tool: www.floridajobs.org/ Your Specific Responsibilities: - Serves as Grant Manager to assigned subrecipient agreements from award to close-out. - Perform preliminary document reviews, facilitate the tracking of agreements through the department review, approval, execution, and close-out processes. - Works with subrecipients to draft, complete, or approve project scope of work. - Ensures subrecipients are completing all required documentation to meet established minimum compliance standards. - Conducts desktop and onsite monitoring on activities and expenditures of assigned projects to ensure compliance with state guidelines and contract requirements. - Facilitates bi-weekly calls with subrecipients to ensure project moves in a timely manner. - Creates agendas and minutes for bi-weekly subrecipient calls. - Maintains file for each subrecipient and program to provide State and Federal audit support. - Notifies direct line of report of an...
