About the role: As the Private Dining Room Manager, you are the host of the entire experience. You lead the service, plan each seating together with the team, and ensure that every visit reflects the same level of excellence as the main dining room – but with a more personal and tailored approach. This is a highly independent role. You will often be responsible for hosting and running the private dining experience on your own, requiring confidence, structure, and a strong sense of ownership.
