Job Description: Job Title: Physician (Primary Care) Location: Hannibal, Columbia, or St. Louis, MO (Hannibal preferred) Department: Centerstone: Employment Type: Full Time: Shift: Monday - Friday: Job Summary: In this role as a Physician, you will provide direct patient care, including medical evaluations, medication management, and emergency services for individuals struggling with medical and addiction issues. In addition, the Physician will participate in staff training and development activities, contribute to program evaluation and grant applications, and engage in public health education initiatives.
