Position Title: Account Director Location: San Francisco, CA: The Role: As an Account Director role, you will be responsible for sourcing opportunities through your direct efforts, Channel leads, and existing customer base. With a focus on solution selling, you’ll work with your customers and colleagues to drive customer initiatives across our global platform. What you will do: Sell directly to C-Level leaders while developing relationships with complex Network Solutions customers. Identify big data trends (Carrier ecosystem knowledge, social media / Content, Cloud Adoption Internet of Things). Share a strong understanding of the data/IP and mobile communications industry relationships. Apply knowledge of Hybrid, Private and Public Cloud architectures to sales solutions, including the implementation and management of these solutions. Evident proficiency in articulating key drivers and use cases for moving workloads from Public to Private Cloud. Negotiate wholesale contracts and ability to close complex contracts, amendments and customer renewals. Manage multiple pipelines and develop accurate forecasting both monthly and quarterly.
