The Firm Anthony Gold is a boutique firm based in London Bridge. Our contentious probate team has extensive experience handling the full spectrum of complex contentious probate cases. Representing both individuals and organisations, this role offers the opportunity to work on a range of medium to high-value disputes, in a wide range of contentious probate matters, often involving complex legal issues and significant estates and trusts. Our client base is diverse and broad. We are recognised for our expertise in working with high-net-worth individuals and are listed in the Chambers High Net Worth directory. We also work with some of the most disadvantaged in society. We have a leading reputation for working with individuals who have capacity issues and the organisations that support them. We also act as Independent Administrators, Trustees, and Deputies, and have a range of cases that arise from this work. In particular cases involving the ownership of trust assets and breach of trust by previous trustees.
