What you will do: The HRIS & Benefits Analyst provides analytical, operations, and systems support to ensure the accurate administration, compliance and effective delivery of the Company’s health & welfare and retirement benefits programs. The role supports HR and Total Rewards operations through benefits administration, regulatory compliance activities, vendor data management, reporting, and audits, while serving as a subject matter expert in HRIS and benefit system functionality. - Support the administration of qualified and nonqualified retirement programs including 401(k) profit sharing, defined benefit pension plan, deferred compensation program, and other retirement programs. - Coordinate eligibility, enrollm...
