Description GSF Properties Inc. is looking for a Maintenance Technician III in Bakersfield, CA, come join a dynamic property management team! In this role, you will perform a variety of maintenance functions throughout the community, including rental units, residential common areas, office spaces, grounds, and parking lots. Your work will help maintain the property in accordance with ownership and management objectives. This position is scheduled for Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The pay for this position is $21-$23/hour. Key Responsibilities: - Perform preventative and maintenance and repair work in areas including, but not limited to, appliances, carpentry, hardware, and basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. - Complete assigned service requests and repairs in accordance with company operating procedures and standards. - Assist in preparing vacant apartments to ensure they are market-ready and meet company quality standards. - Maintain community grounds and curb appeal and trash management. - Be available for on call activity during off hours and emergencies as needed - Maintain good public relations with residents and vendors - Assist with annual apartment inspections and identi...
