Production Technician (Machining) 2nd shift (3pm - 11:30pm) Summary/Purpose The Technician B Assembly will support manufacturing activities and team members while following policies and procedures related to successful manufacturing operations. Essential Duties and Accountabilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. - Drive and lead team in 5S - Relieve Team Lead as needed - Perform preventative maintenance are required by the schedule - Troubleshot sort stops and perform required quality checks - Operate and maintain various equipment at an acceptable level with emphasis on quality, IATF 16949 standard, safety/environmental, 5S and productivity - Operate and maintain automated and semi-automated equipment in a high-volume production environment - Able to communicate and perform in a fast paced, team environment with a positive outlook in communication and conduct with others - Adherence to all company policies and procedures - Flexible to work in any area of operation/shift as needed - Travel as needed - May perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned by management.
