The role of the Service Director is the first point of contact for the Service Department is responsible for ensuring that all personnel are performing to the highest level of quality. S/He is responsible for ensuring that all processes and procedures are consistently and properly adhered to, while also ensuring that the service advisors are assisting customers as necessary, and technicians are producing the highest quality of work with the motto of “Fix it Right the First Time”.
