Teen Health Established in 1992, Teen Health Connection is a non-profit healthcare practice that provides comprehensive adolescent medicine and behavioral healthcare and health education services for adolescents ages 11 to 25. In addition to providing comprehensive medical care, Teen Health Connection works to promote healthy lifestyle and behavioral choices through community-based prevention and health education programs. Program initiatives include: pregnancy prevention; substance abuse prevention (Teen Advisory Board/Youth Drug Free Coalition); and the Empower: Teen Leadership Summit. A variety of parenting classes are offered free of charge to help parents raise responsible teens.
