This will be achieved through nurturing relationships with our existing introducers and direct business clients. You will be the first point of contact for clients referred to us by our partners and our direct clients. You will play a key role in guiding clients through the initial stages of their journey, collecting essential information, compliance checks, and preparing their case for the next steps. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on client interaction, takes ownership of their work, and is solutions driven. While predominantly focused on making outbound calls to clients referred to us by our partners, the role also involves handling inbound enquiries, so flexibility and responsiveness are key.
