Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Job description: Constellation seeks a Human Resource Analyst to join our Homeland Security team in Washington, DC. This role performs critical federal Human Resource Management (HRM) and administrative functions that align with federal guidelines and agency mission requirements. The Human Resource Analyst assists in the execution of HR-related processes and day-to-day administrative operations to ensure efficient personnel and program support. This position is responsible for weekly status reports on assigned HR and administrative activities, accurate and timely processing of HR documents and data, and properly maintaining physical and electronic reports in compliance with federal policies.
