Job description

Our Research & Development Internship offers individuals a hands-on, real-world experience within the company over an 8-10-week period. You will work on a variety of projects, all centered around Research and Development and Food Manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: - You will work with R&D on a variety of projects associated with Production / Manufacturing Specifications, Shelf Life Studies, New Product Development, Commercialization Trials, New Species Research and other work associated with Research and Development. - Assist in developing and standardizing Production Specifications to enhance operational efficiency. - Assist with Fish Friday retail operation when needed. - Additional projects as appropriate. What Makes You a Great Fit: Compensation Range: $18.50 - $25.00/hr. - Prefer a rising Junior, Senior, or Graduate Student pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree at an accredited university in a relevant field of study; Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or Food Chemistry. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in both a manufacturing and office environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Prior...
