Company : Vaillant Group Location : Katowice-POL Country : Poland (PL) Brand : Vaillant Group Contract type : Temporary Working time : Full-time What we achieve together: - In this role, you actively shape the further development and stable operation of the central ServiceNow platform of the Vaillant Group. - You develop, configure, and optimize ServiceNow applications and processes with a clear focus on developer activities. - You work with modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB as well as Hardware and Software Asset Management (HAM/SAM). - In addition, you design and implement automations, workflows, and business logic to sustainably reduce manual effort. - You realize integrations with connected systems (e.g. infrastructure, monitoring, or asset systems) using REST APIs and web services. - You support the continuous development and quality assurance of the CMDB, including data models, relationships, and governance. - You closely collaborate with international IT teams, architects, and business departments to translate technical requirements into robust solutions. - You support platform upgrades, releases, and continuous improvements of the ServiceNow environment.
