Assistant Manufacturing Manager

Job description

BonnaVilla is seeking a n Assistant Manufacturing Manager to join the Chief team. This position will p rovide support to the Manufacturing Manager in the coordination between production supervisor departments to ensure safety and quality standards are upheld and production schedules are met by providing coaching and training to supervisors and production employees as well as supervising production areas when necessary. Education: - Ensure strict adherence to health and safety procedures, develop and maintain a safe working environment and safety-first culture, and contribute to the development of safety improvements in all production areas including facility improvement, coaching, training, and process improvement. - Develop, coach and train department production supervisors and leads in order to minimize turnover and improve retention of better qualified employees. - Work alongside Human Resources to ensure that employees’ daily hours are reported accurately and in a timely manner, evaluate and provide input on performance for all production employee reviews, and ensuring that employee feedback is properly documented in reviews, PIP plans, and written reports. - Ensure proper util...
