Coordinates and supports medical staff meetings. Job Responsibilities and Requirements: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Assists medical staff with development of bylaws and related procedures. Develops credentialing criteria, privilege delineations, and documents necessary to support an effective credentialing process. - Develops and maintains yearly calendar of medical staff meetings and special events. Coordinates agenda, packets, minutes, and follow-up for meetings. - Complies with the Joint Commission and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services requirements for medical staff and participates in the continual survey readiness process and regulatory review of credential files. - Orients medical staff leadership to key policies related to their roles.
