About the Role We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Solar Design team, working across large-scale renewable energy projects. This is a technically challenging role where you will lead the end-to-end (cradle-to-grave) design and delivery of utility-scale solar projects (100MW+), from early-stage feasibility through to commissioning. You will provide technical leadership, design oversight, and project support, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and optimised solutions are delivered across complex projects. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and delivery of utility-scale solar PV systems (100MW+) - Develop and review detailed electrical designs, including SLDs, layouts, and system configurations - Perform and oversee system modelling, load calculations, cable sizing, and performance optimisation - Manage projects through the full lifecycle — from feasibility and concept design to commissioning - Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and design teams - Ensure compliance with Australian standards, grid connection requirements, and safety regulations - Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated design outcomes - Support pr...
