What we're looking for: Grad Dates : May 2026 2 nd year MBA grads (with 2-5 years of experience) Location : Miami, FL (Port of Miami office) Format : Hybrid, In Person Monday - Thursday and remote on Friday's Start Date: August 2026: About the Program: The MBA Commercial and Corporate Finance/Strategy Rotational Program is a two‑year program based in Miami, Florida, designed to develop future leaders at Royal Caribbean Group with strong commercial and financial acumen. Participants will rotate across Commercial and Finance/Strategy functions , gaining exposure to the core drivers of the business while working on high‑impact initiatives that influence company performance.
