Role Summary: The P6 Lead Mechanical Engineer is a senior technical and people leader responsible for setting technical direction, ensuring quality delivery, mentoring staff, and supporting business growth for complex building projects. This role serves as a trusted advisor to clients, a mentor to engineering teams, and a collaborator with regional and national leadership.
