The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Marketing Director to lead integrated marketing and communications across the Americas region, with a focus on the United States, Brazil, Canada, and our North America Financial Services and Energy businesses. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that elevate Capco’s brand, strengthen market positioning, and generate measurable pipeline and revenue growth. Working closely with regional managing partners and senior business leaders, you will create innovative, thought leadership-led campaigns while driving collaboration across PR, digital marketing, employer branding, and events.
