Job Summary: This position will be a hybrid onsite position. Onsite days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursdays. Wednesday and Friday optional work from home. The Manager, Finance - ESH is responsible for managing the process of monthly department reporting designed to maintain expenditure controls and to proactively identify trends affecting future financial requirements. Essential Functions: - Responsible for managing the process of monthly department reporting designed to maintain expenditure controls and to proactively identify trends affecting future financial requirements. - Responsible for the development of expense projections to support forecast and budget and monitor monthly variances to identify trends. - Maintain compliance to internal policies and procedures, contractual requirements or other external covenants. - Manages the process for compilation of data and reporting used to prepare strategic plans, annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. - Responsible for managing the financial analysis function.
