Entity: Customers & Products Job Family Group: Retail Group Job Description: The Manager of Truck Stop Merchandise Programs ensures guests have an exceptional product experience across all locations by delivering smart category strategies, efficient processes, and high-performing programs. This role is central to driving revenue growth, operational consistency, and ongoing innovation in a fast‑moving retail environment. Merchandise Strategy & Category Management: - Own the full lifecycle of all merchandise categories, including assortment strategy, product selection, pricing, and category growth planning. - Analyze category performance, market trends, competition, and guest behavior to identify opportunities for expansion and innovation. - Develop annual category business plans that support sales, margin, and inventory targets.
