As a 5-star authorised Kubota dealer, we specialise in construction and agricultural machinery, delivering quality equipment and service across Queensland. We’re now looking for a Lead Assembler to join our Yandina Branch—someone who can lead from the front, drive quality, and ensure our machines are delivered to customers right the first time. About the Role: Reporting to the Service Manager, the Lead Assembler plays a key role in coordinating and supporting the Assembly team to deliver high-quality machine builds and pre-delivery work. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee daily workflow, support and mentor your team, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to manufacturer standards.
