Employment Type: Full time Shift: Night Shift Description: Position Purpose The Security and Transportation Officer ensures the safety and well-being of St. Joseph of the Pines’ residents, visitors, staff, and facilities. In this role, you will uphold the organization’s Pillars of Values: People, Growth, Quality, Service, and Financial stewardship. As a trusted team member, you’ll deliver excellent service while providing secure transportation to appointments, shopping, and community activities. What You Will Do: Maintain a safe and secure environment on campus. Transport residents in a company vehicle to scheduled appointments and activities. Assist residents with mobility challenges, ensuring their comfort and safety during transportation. Maintain the vehicle by performing routine cleaning, preventative maintenance, and refueling. Collaborate with staff and residents to coordinate transportation schedules. Respond to safety concerns promptly and professionally, fostering a calm and welcoming environment.
