Job description
The Head of Marketing – Canada leads the development and execution of the Canadian marketing strategy to strengthen Robert Half’s brand, drive customer engagement and growth. The role oversees integrated omnichannel marketing programs spanning search, social, web, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, events, and content marketing and enablement to ensure consistent and customer-centric experiences across all touchpoints. As a strategic partner to the Canadian operational leadership team, the Head of Marketing aligns marketing initiatives with business priorities, market opportunities and customer needs. This role drives measurable impact across brand visibility, customer engagement, lead generation, and retention, and is accountable for marketing’s contribution to growth in partnership with the operational leadership team. Working closely with global marketing and communications teams, this role ensures the Canadian marketing strategy and programs reflect our global brand and corporate communication goals while effectively addressing local market dynamics.
