Overview Quinn Rental is Hiring: Inside Sales Representative for LA County (Bilingual – Spanish Required) The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will be responsible for planning and managing an assigned territory efficiently and profitably, driving market growth, and supporting the branch’s business objectives. This role partners closely with Outside Sales and plays a key role in building and maintaining a diverse customer base. Fluency in Spanish is required due to the customer base. Wages: This position is hourly plus commission. $22.00 - $25.00 Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: - Process rental quotations, reservations, and contracts in compliance with company policies and procedures. - Establish new rental and sales accounts by serving walk-in and call-in customers. - Negotiate pricing on equipment rentals and contractor supplies within pricing guidelines. - Accurately use company computer systems for reservations, quotes, rental and sales contracts, and phone logs. - Educate customers on proper and safe equipment use. - Demonstrate equipment and assist with loading and unloading as needed. - Coordinate and track daily equipment pickups and returns with the branch dispatch...
