Crew Member (Front of House): - Guest service: Greet guests, take orders, and provide a friendly, energetic experience. - Order and payment processing: Accurately take orders and handle payments. - Food and beverage service: Prepare and serve food items according to Culver's standards. - Restroom upkeep: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area. Crew Member (Back of House): - Food preparation: Prepare made-to-order items like ButterBurgers and Cheese Curds. - Quality and consistency: Ensure all food meets Culver's standards for quality and presentation. - Back-up support: Assist with other duties and responsibilities as needed after primary tasks are completed. Other positions: - Porter: Focus on cleaning the restaurant and equipment, stocking ingredients, and opening the restaurant. - Manager: Oversee the crew, ensure smooth operations, support team member development, and guarantee guest satisfaction.
