What would you work on: - Lead and manage a cross-functional team of software and data engineers - own their performance, support their growth, and foster a culture where people feel connected and do their best work. - Build and evolve the technical products the team owns - automation solutions for operations functions (finance, accounting, treasury, legal, compliance, human resources etc.) and a Data Warehouse serving data and analytical needs of those teams. - Own and drive the technical direction of the team - set architectural direction, facilitate problem-solving sessions, maintain solutions consistency, and make sure the team's solutions are built to last. - Co-create the...
